Revision 2 of Quad Low-side “Taco”Posted at: Wed, Mar 3rd, 2010 | 7:51PM UTC By Josh Ashby |
So I finally got around to fixing a few things, and cleaning the board up, here is BOB’s newest working version of his motor controller board. The board, in V1.5.2 or Version 1.5, Revision 2 code name “Taco,” is named the Quad Low-side ESC (electric speed controller). This controller board hosts two (2) TC4424CPA, dual channel, 3 Amp, 18V mosfet drivers, and a total of four (4) IRF540N mosfets that are placed in easy to remove spring terminals like these. It also hosts an ATmega328P, with the ICP/SPI and I2C lines broken out, with two (2) 5mm LEDs for debugging. Heres the pictures from Eagle, I’ll try to get some of the etched board (which is Revision 1, V1.5.1) up sometime soon.
